Dear all, Does anyone have a good digital copy of Francisco Marmolejo’s PhD thesis “Ultraproducts and continuous families of models” — either the original dvi/ps/pdf, or a good-quality scan? A scanned pdf is available online from the Dalhousie university library http://hdl.handle.net/10222/55092 , but unfortunately the quality is rather bad (never entirely illegible, but enough to distract seriously from the maths), and all other digital versions I’ve found are copies of that.
