Hej Peter, I remember mentioning this problem to Marmolejo himself in 2022. He said that he has his PhD thesis in his drawer and would be happy to share a better version of it with me. Then I never wrote him to ask. :) I suggest writing him.

A scanned pdf is available online from the Dalhousie university library http://hdl.handle.net/10222/55092 , but unfortunately the quality is rather bad (never entirely illegible, but enough to distract seriously from the maths), and all other digital versions I’ve found are copies of that.
