heroprichten

Dear All, or at least all who know Flemish or Dutch. I have been trying to understand / translate part of a thesis in Flemish and have come upon a word (in the context of fibred categories) that my online dictionaries cannot handle at all. It seems to be a current word in the languages as Google turns up lots of hits but none gives me enough of an idea of a more or less equivalent English or French word.
