In addition to I.Stubbe's, there are works by Schroeder, Herrlich- Schroeder and Borceux et al. Further examples of (topologically enriched) semicategories are ghizmos called šFlowsš, promoted by Ph.Gaucher (this author crafts everything from scratch, without any mention of semicategories and enrichment).
