Papers

There seems to be some problem obtaining the papers that I announced a few days ago. I have put them in a second location ftp.mpce.mq.edu.au in the directory /pub/maths/murray (This is more patriotic, as it is the Macquarie University server instead of the Sydney University server :-) Sorry for the inconvenience.
