My book on Acyclic Models has finally appeared. It can be ordered at http://www.crm.umontreal.ca/fr/niveau2/index_pub.html Since it is a copublication with the AMS, I am sure it can also be ordered through them. The book contains an introduction to categories (largely cribbed from TTT) and abelian categories, then on to chain complexes and triples before stating the main theorem whose proof is essentially trivial since I discovered the way of doing it with categories of fractions.
