A new version of my paper, ``Terminal coalgebras in well-founded sets'', now retitled, ``Terminal coalgebras for endofunctor on sets'' is now availiable for anonymous ftp in triples.math.mcgill.ca in /pub/barr/termobj.tex and /pub/barr/termobj.dvi. The version reflects changes that I have made as a result of a several conversations I had with Peter Aczel recently concerning the original version. I mistakenly attributed to him several statements that he apparently did not make in his talk in September, 1989 at the Manchester meeting and which did not appear in the published version of the talk. I apologize for this. In any case, only about a quarter of this paper was on the subject of that talk and that is the only part that has been changed non-trivially.
