My question

After thinking about Daniel Leivant's answer for 10 seconds, I realized that these beths aren't regular and I need regular cardinals with this property. Given GCH power cardinals have this property, so it is certainly known consistent with ZF(C), so it is certainly less problematic than assuming inaccessibles. But that about exhausts my knowledge of the subject. Michael
