Dear All, This is a Call for Participation and Registration for MFPS 2013, which will take place on the Tulane campus in New Orleans from Sunday, June 23 through midday Tuesday, June 25. MFPS is co-located with LICS 2013, which will begin on Tuesday with a shared session with MFPS, and with CSF 2013, which will run Wednesday, June 26 through Saturday, June 29. MFPS participants will have access to the LICS talks on Tuesday, and LICS participants will have access to Monday's MFPS sessions. The MFPS program features invited talks by David Basin (ETH), Jan Rutten (CWI) and Dana Scott (CMU). In addition there will be a special session on coalgebras associated with Jan's talk, and one on the future of programming language theory associated with Dana's, the latter a joint session with LICS.
