Authors are invited to submit articles in PDF format to the issue editors. Submissions must comply with Tbilisi Mathematical Journal's author guidelines (see http://tcms.org.ge/Journals/TMJ/ ). All submitted papers will be peer reviewed according to the usual standards of this journal, and they will be evaluated on the basis of originality, quality and relevance to this Special Issue, and on the basis of clarity and correct use of English.
