In 1991 Springer published "Models for smooth infinitesimal analysis" by Moerdijk and Reyes. It is now out of print. Can anyone suggest a source from which I might obtain a used copy? I've tried Amazon which listed a used copy for sale but it turned out that it had been already sold. Carl Futia
