thanks for pointing out to me that these messages bounce back to the authors. I did not know that. This is, of course, not intended. There is a problem that , for reasons yet unknown to me, the categories messages end up on an internal mailing list here in Sussex (of which I happen to be the administrator) that rejects mails from unregistered senders.
