I am becoming interested in sheaves valued over sets with order; poset valued sheaves and frame (or locale) valued sheaves in particular. Is there much work on the properties of categories of these sheaves ? Can I expect any kind of logic in these categories, or does the logical structure only appear in the set valued case ?
