In particular : Let C be a 2-category and let [C,Cat] be the 2-category of 2-functors, lax nat transformations and modifications. If {G_a}_a\in A is a diagram in [C,Cat], does the formula [C,Cat](F,lax colim G_a) ≈ lax lim [C,Cat](F,G_a) hold, for any F?
