Dear all,>A paper by Marta Bunge and Claudio Hermida, 'Pseudomonadicity and 2-stack completions", 26 pages, will appear in the Proceedings of the Makkai Fest, CRM/AMS Lecture Notes, 2011. It  basically corresponds  to the one hour lecture given by myself at the CT 2008 meeting in Calais, and whose slides (often quoted) are posted at their site.  The actual publication of the volume where it will appear may take some time.
