At the suggestion of Martin Hyland we are trying to make contact with Michael Wr ight, who Hyland thought was living in London. He was in Cleveland, Ohio in 1990/ 91 where he helped Colin McLarty with his book "Elementary Categories, Elementary Toposes". Colin McLarty, we believe, is active on email.
