Dear Colleagues, This year, MFPS is co-located with LICS and CSF, all of which will take place on the Tulane campus in New Orleans from Sunday, June 23 until Sunday, June 30. The deadline for booking hotel rooms at the MFPS-LICS-CSF conference rate is NEXT WEDNESDAY, May 20. After that date, the hotel will no longer honor the conference rate of $119 + 14% tax / night. They also will release the block of rooms reserved for conference participants. Hotel room rates in New Orleans run significantly higher, and the availability of rooms during the tourist season is limited. If you plan to participate in any of this year's MFPS-LICS-CSF meetings, we advise making your hotel reservation by next Weednesday. It should be noted that all three conferences also impose a late registration fee for registrations that occur after May 20, so please register for the conference(s) you plan to attend by that date.
