There is a new collaborative research center (SFB) "Higher Invariants - Interations between Arithmetic Geometry and Global Analysis" at the Department of Mathematics in Regensburg (Germany) starting April 1st. http://www.sfb-higher-invariants.de The CRC offers 10 Postdoc and 7 PhD Positions in various areas.
